Products once purchased cannot be returned. Products will be replaced for any defect reported under the warranty of 1 year. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unless the issue can be confirmed to be a manufacturing defect over the telephone or email, customers will be required to bare shipping charges to our warehouse for inspection and repair/replacement. In the event that it is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, such charges will be returned to the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects that may arise for 1 year (unless stated otherwise). Physical or user damage is not covered under our warranty policy.
We do not process refunds. In the case of manufacturing defects, a replacement or repair will be provided at the cost of Vandelay.
